Diego Gaminde is the eCommerce Manager of ComeFruta.es an e-commerce platform started in 2011 that leads the selling of fresh fruit and vegetables online in Spain. Also he is collaborating in EcomerceRentables.es an e-commerce blog and community started in 2015 that offers content and events about the e-commerce ecosystem.
Diego earned a Master in Digital marketing from the Institute of Digital Economics (EPAS certification) and a Marketing and commercial direction bachelor. He was the winner of the V Barcelona Thinking challenge in 2017.

Online selling to recurrent customers is much easier and profitable than attracting and selling to new ones. To increase recurrent sells we need more loyal customers.
In ComeFruta, a leading ecommerce in Spain that sells fresh fruits and vegetables Online we have developed different loyalty programs and an Ecommerce subscription model in order to increase recurrence.
We have divided our customer data base in three different groups (based on recurrence and average order value) in order to offer special conditions to each one of them to increase revenue, the number of purchases as well as their brand loyalty.
