Session: From HR to Tech-HR

Transforming from HR to Tech-HR

Thanks to COVID-19, we have now been fast forwarded into the world of Tech-HR or Digital HR. Most of us are looking to leverage technology like never before. Learning speed has almost doubled and digital collaboration has become the norm and is no longer an exception. In this context HR is no longer isolated from technology, but rather right at the center of technology. There is a compelling need to leverage technology to bring seamless integration of people, processes and systems like never before. This has now moved from a situation where earlier it was something that was “nice to have” to “must have”.

In this new evolved world, CEO’s today are expected to be on an even more agile footing than ever before, and naturally their teams also have to be super agile to ensure the move forward is not compromised because of a lack of focus and speed from a Tech-HR perspective CEO’s no longer are looking for data. They are looking for insights and they are looking to make key decisions with these insights. The insights we are talking about are not quarterly or annual, but rather a continuous evolved flow of insights that helps them make decisions that have a big impact in achieving the mission of the Organisation in line with the vision,

Every product we make in HR has to embrace Design Thinking keeping the “purpose motive” absolutely central and core and then marrying and leveraging AI, ML and Data to create a differentiated customer experience & user experience that makes a significant impact to top-line and bottom-line.

This session will be an opportunity for me to share my experience on creating tech-HR products that are built around a tech-HR framework that embraces design thinking, agile methodology, using AI, ML, Data Science and how we did it with lean teams creating a differentiated customer and user experience that positively impacted business results.

Learning outcomes:

  • Key Areas to focus in Tech-HR.
  • Design Thinking vs Product Design framework from a HR perspective.
  • Agile Tech-HR – What does this mean? and how this can be implemented.
  • Linkage of Tech-HR to Top-Line, Bottom-Line and ROI.
