In his previous role with Capgemini India, Pramod led Security Operation Centres for North America and Southern Europe regions and has led Capgemini Endpoint security portfolio globally. Pramod has also laid the foundation of Capgemini Special Ops services, which include cyber Incident response and threat hunting services. In his current role, Pramod heads up Cyber Security Go to Market for Australia and New Zealand. He is based in Sydney, Australia.

Once an employee connects their laptops and mobile devices inside the enterprise network, Organizations shifted their focus to Endpoint Security. Simple endpoint platforms (EPP) were no longer enough, so security providers added new layers. An intermediary step was an advanced, analytics-based security agent designed to either complement or eventually subsume the existing baseline tool. Next came a complete management system covering installation, update, support, and the like, also known as endpoint detection and response (EDR).
