Session: Considerations when using Blockchain in Supply Chain
Considerations when using Blockchain in Supply Chain
DSCI as a research institute has been exploring and working on Blockchains in supply chain space from 2017. With this background, we would like to share our experiences and observations on the following:
1)Enterprise Blockchain evolution
2) How to think about Enterprise Blockchains?
3) Real-world use cases
4)Blockchain Fitness Index: An interactive tool which allows to quickly assess the applicability, relevance, and potential of blockchain-based solutions
5) Challenges and
6) Key Questions to consider when evaluating a Blockchain opportunity
Note: We understand that the event is virtual however, please note that we are a non-profit and would not be interested in bearing any other expenses which may incur.
Learning outcomes:
- Equip with key questions and available resources to digitize supply chain using blockchain
- Provide insight on how blockchain can be used for workflow automation and digitalization in supply chains
