Managing Director at DARE (Development Advice & Resources), Romania
If you look for the ordinary, it’s not me. For over 15 years one of my passions has been to help people to challenge and take their lives to another level – no matter how successful they already are – in business, career, personally, through career advice, personal or employer branding, HR marketing, mentoring, training etc.
I am a very good writer, so I’ve been told, and writing is one of my passions. My hundreds of articles and collaborations with published or online magazines are the proof for that.
I am also a great soft skills trainer, says the feedback I get from my participants, as I really enjoy delivering classes.
I have supported people through my HR and business skills in the companies I used to work for, through my events, articles, training, career or personal advice. In the past years I have recruited hundreds of people for different positions and industries and I have built and developed many teams. I am really proud of being chosen as a mentor, a leader and for changing the lives and careers of many people.
One of the things I enjoy most is my involvement in community activities. I am dedicated and enthusiastic, very serious, creative and hard working, aptitude for learning new technologies. Far from being perfect, mother of two great daughters, self-motivated and always optimistic.
2015 has been the beginning of an international career in training, as I started to deliver HR and management courses in Asia.
In 2016 I decided to take my career to the next level and to keep learning, self improving, being open to new professional challenges. It is also the start year of Dare (Development Advice & Resources) – www.dare.com.ro, my company.

Session: Future of HR
Future of HR
We started to ask ourselves many years ago how the future of work will look like, how will HR contribute, what are the most important competencies required in order to be successful. The truth is that nobody knows, but at least we can try to imagine based on the current trends and needs.
Learning outcomes:
- The participants will learn about competencies and skills required by future jobs
- The participants will understand the role of HR
- The participants will be able to create their own action plan
