As an accomplished Human Resources Senior Leader from most distinguished Fortune 500 companies focus on Hi-tech and retail industry, while a few years in startup SME, I am bringing about 15 years’ experience with both breadth and depth across full spectrum of HR management, with cutting edge advantage in organizational and leadership development, organization culture, employer branding, workforce management and change management. With a multicultural outlook with middle and short-term assignments in the USA and Asia, championing critical HR initiatives across the regions, I am recognized as a change agent, culture ambassador, source of innovation, business partner, people champion and talent coach.

As the project leader for several HR digital transformation initiatives, and being the frequent speaker related to this topic on several seminars and forums, I would like to share my journey here which may help you to some extent, and hope it could facilitate you in the future.
