Session: How to start RPA initiative for SMEs
How to start RPA initiative for SMEs
A case study on how our company applied two different approaches for launching RPA initiatives in medium and large enterprises.
I talk about how our company helped midsize companies (construction and logistics) launch RPA initiative, developed robots for accounting, treasury and operations departments. The case study will highlight practical recommendations on how to start RPA initiative smoothly as well as describe where to look for first robots. I will also persuade that SMEs should not go for CoE (RPA center of excellence) with no business case on hand as even large organisations fail to do it. During the session I will describe some practical advantages in starting RPA development together with small RPA teams and less known RPA platforms instead of large RPA brands.
During the session I will describe shortly:
– one case of robot developed for a construction company with payback period less than 2 months and about 50k USD in client saving.
Learning outcomes:
- Learn where to look for first robots
- Learn what kind of partners they need to launch RPA initiative
- Learn two different approaches for RPA initiative launching
- Learn some mistakes made by other companies
