Sagar is a professional management student striving to bridge the gap between Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management to fulfill the ultimate goal of any organization that is to satisfy a customer. He worked as a Business Analyst and Quality Engineer for Blue Yonder (formerly known as JDA Software) on a wide range of products from Contract Management to Workforce Management to Fulfilment and also served as a teaching assistant at his Bachelors University for Marketing Research. He developed a knack for Supply Chain in his bachelor which became a passion for him but then he got acquainted with the marketing and instantly fell in love with the big dream of Finding and Satisfying Customer Needs. He realized the difference in goals at the individual levels of the Marketing and Supply Chain departments which made him puzzled and led him to his mission of creating a thoughtful bridge-connection between both the vastly independent fields. Since then he has been researching and establishing his understanding to facilitate the ultimate goal of an organization- Satisfy the Customer with a well-organized marriage between Supply Chain and Marketing Operations.

Focus:
Creating awareness and urgency to increase collaboration between Supply Chain and Marketing domains to achieve the ultimate goal of an organization of satisfying the customers raising the bar from local optima.
Goal:
1) Show the problems arising due to the silos in both the departments
2) Explain the problems with local optima and the benefits of a successful collaboration
3) Provide with few solutions to achieve the global goal
