Founder/CEO of Bridge360, Inc., Philippines

Rejiel “Rage” Gonzales graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Mining Engineering. Coming from a lower-middle class family, Rage treated her way to the prestigious Asian Institute of Management with a master’s degree in Innovation and Business. After studying, she worked as a Business Development Director of a startup creating a nation-building app guided by the principles of good governance.

She is the Founder and CEO of two social tech startups – Bridge360 IT Solutions and Wayste Phils. Bridge360 is a social tech solutions company that aims to bridge social gaps in the Philippines.

Rage also works as the Innovation Specialist of Plan International Philippines. She is the overall lead of the Country Coordinating Unit (CCU); leads the innovation process and refine the training and support provided to the innovators as needed; and leads the partnership development and strengthening.

As good governance, environmental, and innovation advocate, she gives leadership, environmental, and technopreneurial talks to students and communities. Growing up with the poorest sectors of the Philippines, it inspired her to help the country solve the most wicked problems of society through innovation and technology through the web and mobile app, AI development, 3D technology, and robotics.

In her spare time, she participates in dragon boat competitions; guides bird watching activities; and plays music.
