During the time, the Lead Generation strategies for small and medium business have been optimyzing, this thanks for a new digital tool and the social media platforms.

Infact, I select 4 lead generation strategies very important for small and medium business in this 2020.

The most important goal for small and medium business is attract new customer with low budget, and the channel must be selected for have results soon.

In my opinion, before implement new strategy, follow these steps:

  • study and analyze the niche
  • define the marketing goal
  • know well the products and services
  • define the marketing budget
  • define the digital channel to promote brand and the product

These steps take action and have good results for brand.

4 Lead Generation Strategies.

The 4 lead generation strategies for small and medium business are:

  1. Social Media e Google Advertising campaigns: are advertising campaign in the platform as Facebook, Google, Youtube, Twitter, to attract new clients and e-mail contacts;
  2. Landing Page: is a page on the web site or destination page to sell a product or services and attract new clients;
  3. Marketing Automation: is a automation process to send message with social media and apps, as whatsapp and Messenger, to convert potential customers, and do customer relationship management;
  4. Messenger and Whatsapp advertising campaign and Contact Generation with Facebook Ads: this advertising campaign are most important in Facebook Platform to attract new customers and new e-mail contact.

Now, I explain each one strategy.

Social Media Advertising in Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube, is the most important social advertising platform for small and medium business. Only with a low budget investment, you have results and reach a big audience than traditional channels.

The advantage of Google ads is you can reach a potential client with announcement in the Google results page.

Landing page is a good lead generation strategy. The landing is a web site page for promote and sell a product or services, to attract a potential and convert new customers.

An example of Landing Page is a free webinar registration page to collect new e-mail contact, and convert potential customer.

Marketing Automation is a marketing strategy to automate and send message by app message, e-mail, sms marketing.

With Marketing Automation you can create an automation process and personalize message for a public segment.

A good example of Marketing Automation tool is Manychat. Manychat is an example tool to send automate message in Messenger Platform.

4.Messenger and Whatsapp Ads and Lead Generation of Facebook Ads.

Messenger Ads and Lead Generation of Facebook ads is the most important marketing campaign of Facebook Ads platform.

Messenger and Whatsapp ads are a kind of social ads campaign to attract new customer with Messenger and Whatsapp. These campaigns are good to implement customer relationship management and sell product with message in facebook platform.

My suggest is define the marketing goals and study which lead generation strategy is good for the business, then should create a report every week and analyze the performance in every channel.
