IT Expert in the field of telecommunications and technological innovation, with over ten years of experience in project management, team management in education, urban innovation initiatives and startups.
Joined the list of Top 1000 Tech leaders of Russia, from over 250,000 professionals who participated in the selection from the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) under the Government of Russia.
While working as a Head of IT Department, I received the gratitude of the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Education for the implementation of innovative projects in 1783 educational institutions. While working as a Project Manager with Moscow State Duma, I implemented and launched innovative urban IT projects in the field of culture, including coordination and negotiations with partners and management of the development team.
Previously, I was a co-founder of the company Sodrujestvo LLC where I created, managed and participated several start-ups: “B@Home”, “SmartTV – Smart Search”. I won several Team competitions, wrote 25 scientific papers, 2 publications at telecoms Magazine T-Comm and participated in various scientific conferences, discussions, and debates in Russian universities. I have 22 diplomas and laureates for winning the competitions in the field of information technology. Earned a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the Moscow Technical University of Communication and Informatics.
Through these experiences, I showed myself as an ambitious, motivated and achievement-oriented professional, who is constantly looking for development paths in different directions, such as leadership, team and project management, developing and implementing innovation projects.
