Theo Java is the Process Improvement Officer at Dreamscape Networks Inc – Cebu, where he gets to interact with people at all different levels of the business, to understand their processes and challenges, and to come up with solutions for a better and different ways of working.
Prior to being a PIO, Theo works as the Product Trainer in one of the leading brand of DNI, CrazyDomains.com, where he gets to share and transfer his knowledge and skills about the domain name and web hosting industry to its new and existing employees.
Though Theo is no longer in the training team, he is still involved in the development of the DNI’s internal Knowledge Base, together with the other technical writers. Theo leads the designing and improvement of internal processes and helps in writing procedures and instructions to support the DNI operations.
Apart from writing and improving processes, Theo can also carry a tune, and can jive with the beat – he can sing and dance. He has a wit, which makes his training class and working environment lively and noisy.
